Charcuterie and Mocktails

All attendees will be given a complimentary champagne flute with unlimited refills from our mocktail bar. Visit our beautiful bartenders for a variety of non-alcoholic artisanal beverage combinations. Have fun sipping fancily as you socialize throughout the day.

What’s a good party without a charcuterie board? We will also provide a table full of cheeses and other such delightful bites to snack on throughout the day. The dayboard is potluck-style. Keeping with the theme of showing off what makes you delight in, attendees are encouraged to bring a small dish they love to make (break out that lemon bar recipe!) or love to eat (big fan of strawberries?). Food does not have to be historically accurate.

Do not worry about bringing your feast gear! We will provide the plates, utensils, and napkins.

If you prefer to pack your own snacks for any reason, the library permits us to bring food and beverages that are not "messy". Vending machines are also on site for modern snacks and drinks.

Heralded Fashion Show

Here’s an excuse to wear your fanciest or favoritest garb (including armor/kits)! Break out the elevation gowns, the regalia, the ruffs, the pearls, and so forth. This is a fully indoor air conditioned event, so this is your chance to wear garments otherwise too warm for Trimaris’s sweltering summers and general messy outdoor conditions. Adorn yourself to the nines without a hint of hesitation!

Our most fabulous heralds will announce you and your outfit along with its time/location source, inspiration, and what makes it special to you (maybe you hand embroidered it, it comes from a sentimental source, or you wore it for a memorable occasion).

This is not a costuming competition, but rather a scoring-and-judgement-free celebration meant to foster runway-style confidence and fun conversations about garb. No seam-checking, we promise!

Arts and Armor Displays

Bring your items of glory! This is a combined ArtSci display expo and miscellaneous show-and-tell. Bring that framed peerage scroll with lovely illumination that not enough people have seen. Bring your gorgeously made helm so people can appreciate the details up close. Bring that prize-winning project that still brings you proud feelings. Bring your first ever garb project full of nostalgia. Bring an old piece of Kingdom history. Bring an obscure crafting tool for people to learn about. Bring a piece of beautiful regalia that’s a delight to see.

We will have display tables, notecards, and a room full of people excited to “ooh” and “ahh” over your accomplishments, interests, and stories. You are heavily encouraged to boast and brag. Show cool things off! Be proud of yourself!

The acoustics are lovely and so is the climate control! PS- This is a good chance to bring out your heat and humidity sensitive instruments.

No Stress, All Fun

Let this be your day to unwind and relax! Put away your pocketwatches- there are no overlapping schedules, time-sensitive logistics, meetings to attend, or tasks to complete. There is no judgement, no point systems, no losing. There is no dirt, no ticks, no sweat, no rain.

This site is fully accessible (it’s held in the community hall of a public library, and is therefore held to those standards). We will have people at the ready to help you carry things to and from your car. We want you to be comfortable.

You are the fabulous guests of a fabulous party. Enjoy good company, good food, and a chance to slow down and bask in the delights of beautiful things. Catch up with friends and make new connections as you mingle with the well-dressed populace.
