Baronial business meetings are where the officers and members of the barony plan upcoming activities and conduct the day-to-day business of Wyvernwoode. Everyone is welcome to attend. 

Business meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm at the North Tampa Branch Library, with Zoom available for remote attendance.

The Barony hosts weekly practices for Armored and Rapier combat arts. 

Armored practice is held Sundays from 12pm - 2pm at Macfarlane Park.

Rapier practice is held Wednesdays at Julian B Lane Riverfront Park from 6:30 pm - 8:30pm.
