To make reservations in advance:

• Online at https://www.trimaris.org/epay -or-

• Mail Lady Elinor payment by check or money order, payable to "SCA. Inc. Barony of Wyvernwoode."

  • Include the following information for each person you are reserving for: Modern Name, SCA Name, Membership Status (valid thru event date or not), Reservation Type (1 Day, 2 Day, 1 Night, Weekend,) Feast (None, On Board, or Off Board), Adult or Child, Bed Type (None, Upper Preferred, Lower Preferred, Lower Required for Disability, Tenting)

Actual bed/cabin assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis on arrival, with the exception of those requiring lower bunk Disability Accommodations. To request a block of rooms for large groups, contact the Reservationist with the list of names and prepayment for all members of the group.
