Breakfast Braid Bread (apples, turkey sausage, cream cheese, spices, braided in pastry dough; will make one without the sausage)

Luncheon Served at 12:00pm

Chedhai's Monster Meat Sandwich (assorted luncheon meats, cheeses, breads, lettuce, condiments);

Can provide vegetarian options if contacted prior to event

Feast Served at 7:30pm

Iced tea

Mint iced tea (unsweetened)

Lemonade (made with artificial sweetener)

Butternut Squash Soup (vegetarian; contains citrus juices)

Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia

Roasted Garlic

Butters

Olive oil with homemade pesto (pesto contains nuts! Walnuts or pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, cheeses, spices, basil)

Basil-pesto or Rosemary Roasted Chicken

Roasted vegetables (no mushrooms due to allergies; see previous note about pesto containing nuts. We will make some chicken with no contact to nut-products if contacted that such precautions are necessary.)

Ischian Lasagna roll-ups (vegetarian; spinach, cheeses, tomato sauce, spices, lasagna noodles)

Garlic Knots (bread, garlic, salt, garlic, parmesan & romano cheeses, garlic, spices)

Beef (either roasted or Corned)

Colcannon (potatoes, onions, cabbage, butter, milk/cream, spices)

Bread Pudding with "Hard" Sauce (breads, eggs, milk/cream, spices, raisins, sugar) or Melisande's Seven Layer Torte (all butter pound cake, dark chocolate ganache, orange juice, rum)

At least one selection will be made without citrus; another will be made without the alcohol.
