This is the Tentative Menu. 

Friday Travelers Fare-
Chili with assorted crackers and toppings, cookies for dessert

Saturday:
Eggs, Bacon, Bagels and seasonal fruit
Coffee, Tea or Milk

Lunch:
Grilled Brats or Wieners, German Potato Salad, and apple sauce

Drinks: Apple Cider, Water and Lemonade
 
Dinner:
1st course: Surowka - shredded root vegetable
 (carrots, turnips, radishes, etc.) in a lemon & sugar sauce, and rye bread with butter. 

2nd course: Pierogi (meat & onion, sauerkraut, sweet white cheese) and Golabki - stuffed cabbage (cabbage stuffed with meat, onion, rice, spices and sometimes mushrooms).

3rd course: Bigos - Polish hunters stew (sweet cabbage, sauerkraut, LOTS of several kinds of meat such as beef, pork, sausage, etc., onions, mushrooms, bay leaf, salt, pepper, allspice) served with a Rye bread 

4th course:  Berries with Cream
